P3urb was founded in 2013, bringing together professionals with experience in both public and private sectors and is focused on structuring private and public-private projects in the Real Estate sector.
RICARDO PEREIRA LEITE
Ricardo has a degree in Civil Engineering (1981) from POLI USP; he graduated in Finance from FGV (1986), followed by master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU USP (2006). He has 30 years of experience in large private companies in the Real Estate industry. He was Secretary of Housing in the City of São Paulo and president of Cohab. He was also member of several boards and municipal committees, such as the Board of Directors of SP Urbanism, the Historical Preservation Council, the Climate Change Committee and of the Municipal Urban Policy Council among others. He chaired the Municipal Housing Council and the Municipal Sanitation Council. He is a professor of Post-graduate course in "Real Estate Development" by SECOVI and consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank in the housing area.
Domingos has a degree in Civil Engineering (1982) from POLI USP. He has 30 years of experience in the private sector, working for companies in the industrial and financial sectors, especially in Structured Credit and Securitization. He was the Director of Development and Management of “SP Urbanismo”, and Deputy Secretary of Urban Development of the City of São Paulo. He was the Executive Coordinator of "USP Cidades", which is a center for research and dissemination of innovative solutions for urban management in Brazil. He is a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank and for the World Bank in the area of urban financing.
JOÃO DE MORAES MIHALIK
João has a degree in Civil Engineer (1981) from POLI USP, a postgraduate degree from CEAG-FGV, a master degree in Finance from NYU-USA and specialization in Management from Cranfield University-England. During 30 years he has worked in the Financial, Commercial and Retail areas, developing growth strategies, coordinating M&As and Start-ups in companies including Pepsico, Nike, J&J and L'Oréal. He has worked 6 years in the Public Sector as Manager of Interlagos Race Track, Financial Manager of SPTuris and Chief of Staff of SPParcerias, in the development of the Privatization Plan of the City of São Paulo.
Jéssica has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU USP, participating in the joint program FAU-POLI, with qualification in Civil Engineering (2017). Between 2011 and 2012, she worked with the Heliopolis Master Plan team, at the Municipal Housing Secretary of São Paulo. From 2013 to 2015, she worked for a large Real Estate company, on the development of technical solutions and design improvements focused on cost reduction and building feasibility of Real Estate projects.
André has degree in Architecture and Urbanism (2011) from FAU USP. He has experience in the public sector and in private construction and incorporation companies. He supervised infrastructure and urbanization works in favelas and managed the development of basic and executive projects in the Municipal Housing Department of São Paulo. He coordinated the project sector of two construction companies focused on residential projects that operate in the RMSP, following from the viability study to the post-work.
Aline has a degree in Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. In 2014, she was an instructor in the discipline of Infrastructure for Land Roads. In 2016 she participated in the 4th University Week of the City of São Paulo, which objectives were show the public administration and promote involvement in municipal projects.
Fernanda has a degree in Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. In 2015 and 2016, she was a Student Representative for POLI students in the departments of Transportation and Civil Construction, respectively. In 2017 and 2018, she participated in the “POLI para Todos” project, whose objective is the approximation between the engineering course and students who will take the university approval examination.
EUGENIO BUOSI NETO
Eugenio is a undergraduate student of Civil Engineering at POLI USP. In 2014, he worked as a building technician in a construction company, visiting sites and assisting project developments. In 2016, he was one of the winners of Mackenzie’s Tenth Entrepreneurship Tournament with an urban startup, focused in initiatives to drive placemaking actions through connecting people in São Paulo.
GIOVANNA LIA TOLEDO
Giovanna is an undergraduate student of Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. She worked for a large urban development company on infrastructure project management. Between 2017 and 2018, she was a Student Representative for POLI-FAU students and in 2019, took part in a MIT Brazil course about Design in Social Contexts, achieving second place with a project developed with some Paraisópolis institutions.
