P3urb was founded in 2013, bringing together professionals with experience in both public and private sectors and is focused on structuring projects in the Real Estate sector.
RICARDO PEREIRA LEITE
Ricardo has a degree in Civil Engineering (1981) from POLI USP; he graduated in Finance from FGV (1986), followed by master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU USP (2006). He has 30 years of experience in large private companies in the Real Estate industry. He was Secretary of Housing in the City of São Paulo and President of COHAB-SP. He was also member of several boards and municipal committees, such as the Board of Directors of "SP Urbanismo", the Historical Preservation Council, the Climate Change Committee and the Municipal Urban Policy Council. He chaired the Municipal Housing Council and the Municipal Sanitation Council. He was a board member of Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (IMT), a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in the Housing area and professor of the Post-graduate course in "Real Estate Development" by SECOVI, the Foundation for Environmental Research (FUPAM) and "USP Cidades".
Domingos has a degree in Civil Engineering (1982) from POLI USP. He has 30 years of experience in the private sector, working for companies in the industrial and financial sectors, especially in Structured Credit and Securitization. He was the Director of Development and Management of “SP Urbanismo”, and Deputy Secretary of Urban Development of the City of São Paulo. He was the Executive Coordinator of "USP Cidades", which is a center for research and dissemination of innovative solutions for urban management in Brazil. He was a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and for the World Bank in the area of urban financing.
Jéssica has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU USP, participating in the joint program FAU-POLI, with qualification in Civil Engineering (2017) and she graduated in Real Estate from FIA-SP (2021). Between 2011 and 2012, she worked with the Heliopolis Master Plan team, at the Municipal Housing Secretary of São Paulo. From 2013 to 2015, she worked for a large Real Estate company, on the development of technical solutions and design improvements focused on cost reduction and building feasibility of Real Estate projects.
Aline has a degree in Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. In 2014, she was an instructor in the discipline of Infrastructure for Land Roads. In 2016 she participated in the 4th University Week of the City of São Paulo, which objectives were show the public administration and promote involvement in municipal projects.
Fernanda has a degree in Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. In 2015 and 2016, she was a Student Representative for POLI students in the departments of Transportation and Civil Construction, respectively. In 2017 and 2018, she participated in the “POLI para Todos” project, whose objective is the approximation between the engineering course and students who will take the university approval examination.
Thaís has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU USP, where she conducted a scientific research between 2016 and 2017 on Housing Development Financed with Government Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS) in São Paulo and was an instructor of the introductory discipline of urban planning (2019). Between 2018 and 2019, she did an academic exchange at Bouwkunde, TU DELFT, in the Netherlands, focusing her studies in cultural heritage and urban renewal. In 2020, she worked in the field of Real Estate Consulting in an Asset Management company.
FELIPE XAVIER RODRIGUES
Felipe has a degree in Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. In 2018, he did an academic exchange at University of Politecnico di Torino, Italy, focusing his studies on urban planning and sustainable architecture. Between 2019 and 2021, he coordinated a renovation of two buildings in the neighborhood of Brás (São Paulo), acquiring professional experience in construction management and work team supervision in the construction site.
Fábio is an undergraduate student of Civil Engineering at POLI USP, participating in the joint program POLI-FAU, with qualification in Architecture and Urbanism. Between 2017 and 2019 he was project designer in a Formula SAE student team from POLI and in 2019 he was manager in the same team, working directly with high complexity engineering projects.
MÁRCIO YUJI KAWAKAMI
Márcio is an undergraduate student of civil engineering at POLI USP and building technician at School of Arts and Crafts of São Paulo (LAOSP). Between 2017 and 2019, he was a social project member and in 2018 he was project leader in Enactus Brazil, making interventions in the north of the city of São Paulo.
